[Politico’s Morning Energy] The Institute for Policy Integrity at NYU’s School of Law is out with a report today arguing the emissions reduction targets of the Obama administration’s Clean Power Plan are more achievable due to changes in the electric sector. If the agency were to redo its regulatory impact analysis with recent developments, the report argues compliance costs would be even lower than originally thought.
