[From a Greenwire article by Jean Chemnick, sub. req’d]  The National Black Chamber of Commerce released an analysis today that found minorities stand to lose the most if U.S. EPA’s Clean Power Plan drives up the cost of power and puts pressure on U.S. manufacturing and other industries.

NBCC, an industry-backed group that has testified repeatedly against carbon regulation, commissioned research firm Management Information Services Inc. to complete the study.
