[From a Greenwire article by Jeremy Jacobs, sub. req'd] Emissions of harmful pollutants from the country’s power plants declined by nearly a third from 2008 to 2010 as a result of utilities shifting away from coal to cleaner-burning fuels, according to a major report released today.
